Kate has over two decades of professional experience within theatre and network television. A Stage Management graduate of the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, Kate has worked at a high profile talent agency, as a casting assistant, and for numerous theatre companies, independent television companies and BBC departments.
Kate has the skills, drive, initiative and commitment to be an effective agent, working to protect and promote creative talent and has an invaluable understanding of what the industry needs.
